In our Full Service Interior Design approach, we invest a lot of heart, time and energy into creating a holistic, customized and systematic design process for our valued clients.
We specialize in New construction, medium to large scale remodels, and To the Trade only and custom Furnishings. In a collaborative spirit we partner early in the design process with talented architects, builders, and craftsmen highly driven to provide the best resources and results.
Our Process
PHASE ONE
Schematic Design
With curiosity, Jessica aims to explore each client’s story of what it means to live artfully, intentionally, and inquisitively to shape the DNA of every unique project. Through a site survey and detailed information gathering, we begin to define the key elements and goals for your space. We fine tune the budget, scope, and vision for your project. Finally, we reveal and confirm design concepts through storytelling and visuals.e, curate and procure unique, To the Trade Only products and furnishings, vintage pieces and bespoke items with a Turn Key approach.
PHASE TWO
Design Development
We continue to develop and finalize your comprehensive design through Floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations. Products and finishes are selected for review and approval. Our team works closely with you in each milestone to ensure every unique detail aligns with your vision and all specifics are documented.
PHASE THREE
Construction Documents
We begin to execute your design plan resulting in a complete Source Book for the implementation of your dream space. Our construction documents and Source Book guide the bid process for your General Contractor and trades. We design, source, curate and procure unique, To the Trade Only products and furnishings, vintage pieces and bespoke items with a Turn Key approach.
PHASE FOUR
Construction Administration
We provide support during construction and installations, working with your contractor to provide oversight of the work. All fixtures and furnishings are ordered and all trades and craftsman are onboarded. Our team manages product tracking, delivery to receiving warehouse for inspection, and resolves any damage claims. Finally, we coordinate White Glove Installation for your move in day and add the finishing touches with styling to complete your dream space.
